Through the Green World Alliance collection/reuse/recycling program for spent imaging supplies, customers return more than 2.5 million cartridges and toner containers annually. Over the last 20 years, our supplies recycling programs have kept more than 145 million pounds of waste out of landfills.

And because the ink sticks are so small, there’s also less packaging to recycle. The only other replaceable unit is a maintenance roller. This lasts for tens of thousands of pages, so it only needs to be replaced a few times in the life of the printer.

Resin-based solid ink sticks are completely safe and clean, and contain no solvents. Unlike laser print cartridges, they cannot spill, leak or smudge on your clothes.
